CONGRATULATIONS
Many congratulations to the Nature quiz team who won the Nature Quiz trophy this week. They competed against Mickleton Primary and Temple Guiting Primary. They will now go through to the semi-finals to be held at the Wildlife Trust H.Q. in

SPONSORSHIP
In order to proceed with a future event, we would like to ask for help in applying for approximately £700 of sponsorship. We would like to ask 7 companies for £100 each. Do you know of any company that might be able to help? Please contact the school office with suggestions. Without sponsorship the event will have to be cancelled.
CAKE
To raise money for the Gloucester Cathedral Charity, the Year 6 pupils will be bringing in cakes to sell to the KS2 children on Monday 9 June. If your child/children would like to bring in some money to buy cakes, we would be very grateful.
ITEMS FOR YOUR DIARY
As this is such a busy term, we will shortly be sending home a list of forthcoming events for you to keep on a notice board!
OPEN EVENING
There will be an Open Evening at both bases on Thursday 10 July from 4.30 pm to 7.00 pm. This will be a good opportunity to look at your child’s work.
School reports will be sent to you on Tuesday 8 July.
MUMS’ NIGHT OUT
A mums’ night out has been arranged for Thursday 19 June. £22 for an ‘Iranian’ style meal. Please contact Louise before Thursday 12 June for more information.
SUMMER FAIR
An Olympic theme has been chosen for this year’s Summer Fair to be held at the Infant base from 12.00 pm to 3.00 pm on Saturday 28 June. We have lots of exciting events planned but would be very grateful for some adult helpers. If we have enough helpers, we can arrange a rota system. Please contact the school office if you are able to help for an hour or so.
