BOOK COMPETITION
Thank you to all the children who entered the Book Fair competition. All entries were fantastic.
DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY
Thank you to Mr Hawkins for cooking with the Year 3 and 4 pupils on Wednesday afternoon. They all thoroughly enjoyed making healthy snacks using pitta bread and tortillas.
The School Day
We have noticed that several children are arriving early to school. Please may I remind you that a member of staff wil not be on duty until 8.40am. In addition, at Dumbleton base, the school bus often has to park across the driveway leading down to the school, preventing residents from driving out. It would be helpful if cars could be parked a little further along the road so the bus does not block the driveway. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter. S.I.A.S. INSPECTION On Tuesday 27 March we are having our S.I.A.S. ( Statutory Inspection of Anglican Schools). The Inspector is Rev. Brain Torode. He will visit both bases during the day. PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE NO NEWSLETTER NEXT WEEK.
